Description: These beeswax wraps are a natural, reusable, and effective replacement for single-use plastic cling wrap and plastic snack bags. (Avoid use with meats.) Lasts up to a year or more with regular use.
Ingredients: Organic jojoba oil, organic pine resin, organic beeswax. All ingredients purchased from Mountain Rose Herbs in Eugene, OR. Fabric: Linen or organic cotton that would otherwise be tossed.
Care: Hand wash with mild soap and cool water. Lay flat or hang to dry. Store away from sunlight and heat sources.
If the wax is looking a little worn, place the wax wrap on a piece of parchment on a baking sheet in a warm oven (~200F) for 1-2 minutes. This should re-incorporate the wax into the fabric.
Disposal: Wraps can be composted in your backyard or municipal facility. They also make great fire starters for camping or in an emergency kit.
